Question

I want to thanks to the fantastic service we received from GSRA... We were traveling home from Florida, and around midnight on I-75, north of Knoxville, TN... Our flywheel on our RAM 3500, broke... leaving us stranded on the side of the road... After a call to Good Sam Roadside Assistance, it took less than an hour and they had a tow truck there to help us. They towed us to a Walmart parking lot because everything was closed, they even called Walmart to get permission for us to stay there while our truck was repaired... Just like they said, the tow truck was back in the morning, and towed our truck to a repair facility...

I am a Life Member of Good Sam Club, and have always had their Roadside Assistance, however have only used their service once before for a flat tire... I have to commend them for all they did for us on this call for help! Thank you Good Sam!

Good to hear GSRA was there to assist you through this mishap, but Walmart should also get some kudos for it's part during your dilemma.  Glad it all turned out well.

Oh I have a lot of people to thank, including Walmart, Jim's Towing, Clinton, TN KOA and their entire Crew... A Good Samaritan who moved my 5th Wheel from the Walmart lot to the KOA... I have personally thanked them and have collected Business Cards to write each and everyone of them a Thank You card... It is amazing how many people and businesses come to your help when you need it!!!
