It contributes nothing to the dialogue to assume a twofold increase is normal to everyone. Apparently to AJ it is not.

I explained it and it is pointed out in ALL their literature so I explained it in case he missed the explanations that are evident every time you see the $79.00 rate.
I am not confrontational or condescending the fact that he called to find out means he did not know. I explained it to him as quickly as possible. I told the truth about the rate and got off the post.
What else do you want from me. (In case you are wondering I am now confrontational)
A two fold increase is normal if explained before you sign up the first time.
