They're dropping us!!
Seems we had too many calls over the years. Needless to say, I will no longer recommend them to my friends.

How many calls did you have?
I don't think it has to do with the number of calls, but the number of calls for the same issue. If you call five times for a dead battery, or you've locked yourself out repeatedly, or you run out of fuel every other week, you are probably going to be dropped. That's what happened to my son. After the fourth time he locked his keys in his truck is a short period of time, AAA dropped him. I can't say I blame them.
