Hello everyone - I wanted to take a minute to clarify Good Sam Roadside's policy regarding usage. We do monitor member usage, and on rare occasion (less than 1/10th of 1% of our membership), choose to not renew or cancel a membership that has "excessively used" the roadside assistance membership. We do this to help keep our costs down for the remainder of membership in those cases where usage is more than 20 times more frequent than the average member.
We are also human. The membership in question was noted at this status by mistake. We have corrected immediately and offer our apologies for the misunderstanding.
