Seems we had too many calls over the years. Needless to say, I will no longer recommend them to my friends.

Back in 2001, I probably called GEICO 8 times in a two week period for a jumpstart. After the 3rd or so time, I asked if they wouldn't rather provide me one of those jump start things instead of having to send a tow truck to jump me every time. The lady laughed and said no, they'd keep sending the tow truck.
My kids were young, and would turn on a light in the very back of my van (where I couldn't see it) and it would drain the battery every time. I finally removed the bulb.
Anyway, until this thread, I'd never heard of any RA dropping someone, eek.
