This makes absolutely no sense to me
I had an awning replaced using GS Extended warranty. It has torn within the two year warranty window from Dometic. I asked GS Extended Warranty people about its replacement and their answer is below...

I see Good Sam has answered, but if you don't mind I have a question:
Maybe I'm too thick to get it, but:
If it's still within Dometic's warranty window, why not just make a claim to them instead of Good Sam?
