Russ, your rant is understandable. What isn't is your description of your "issue", at least to this reader. As I read your post, you purchased two contracts from CW. I understand that as I, too have purchased similar contracts. Almost all contracts have the SAME wording. Contact the service contract holder BEFORE any repairs or the repairs will NOT be honored. Unfortunately most purchasers do NOT read any of the contracts/disclosures etc. before signing. Anyway you stated you had a blowout and it cost you $92. Just out of curiousity, I'd like to know what brand of tire you purchased for $92.?? Then you had another blowout on the same tire. This, to me is a bright red flag. Please have your rig inspected and determine, first if you're overloaded, second, if your rim is damaged in any way or third, if your axles are true.
BOL with getting your money back. The only advice I'd give on that issue is read the contract carefully and follow all instructions to the letter. Keep a record of any/all phone calls with a person's name attached to the record. Use emails if possible so you have a written document. Not everyone is running for president....good luck...Dennis
