So here I am still waiting for a resolution on this cancellation and refund issue. I have got nothing but lies from these people and am absolutely sick of it. Here is the latest of lies:
1. I finally received a call from a Good Sam/Camping World Finance manager in Rome, GA. He told me the total amount would be refunded, but not to me, but to the lien holder - I'm ok with that.
2. Two weeks and nothing has been credited to my account.
3. I call the Finance manager back and he, at first denies calling me, but finally admits to it, yea really. Then he said 7-10 days. It was already past that and he insisted he processed the refund.
4. I file a complaint with the BBB.
5. God Sams responds with an outright lie. They state that they sent me a check for $700+ and that I returned the check.
6. The response also states that I was denied the claim because of the significant labor costs being claimed.
7. There were no labor costs - I wanted a new tire!
8. When I reject their response and suggest they may have responded to the wrong complaint - they state they sent me a check twice and I returned it both times. Absolute BS.
9. I am warning everyone and everywhere about this company of thieves and liars.
This BS has to stop. Pay me my **** money and I will go away. Until then I will be on every RV website telling this story. Especially to the new buyers looking for suggestions. I will not stop until my money is refunded for both the policy cancellations.
I want my money. Pay me. I will add a comment every **** day until you pay me and I see proof in my account you actually did not lie once again to me. Also, I still have the finance manager personal cell phone number and will begin calling every day until I'm paid.
