This is a quote from their brochure:
"Good Sam Roadside Assistance pays 100% of the towing fees for the delivery of your vehicle to the nearest professional service center capable and willing to repair your vehicle."
Key point...they do and pay for unlimited towing to the **nearest facility**. You don't get to choose the facility. I bet the nearest service center was 2 miles away.
We had a alternator fail and needed a tow and wanted it to a Ford dealer cost and extra $7.50
