What's interesting about this is that there are several other road service providers that use the same dispatching. I used to use AAA and changed because of bad service and the fact that even though we had the second vehicle towing coverage, they wouldn't honor it
. We have been with Good Sam for a very long time and this is the first time we have had this experience. I had an experience 6 or 7 years ago where I had to have some tech advice for my Excursion with an engine that wouldn't start and they were on the line with two different techs for almost an hour talking me thru the problem and we finally got it taken care of.
Another thing was that when I used the app to call in, it dropped my call after about 20 seconds, but when I used the number on the back of the member card it worked ok.
