Thank you for posting your question! There are no stated program usage limits and occasional use of the product for emergency situations is expected. In an effort to keep our prices as affordable as possible for all our members, ART monitors program usage during a rolling 12 month membership period (from January to January, February to February, etc.) and excessive activity will be recognized. Please keep in mind that an example of excessive activity is once per month, when average use is once per 2 years. I hope this helps and please let me know if you need anything else.
