The extended plan and the roadside assistance are two separate things from what I've read.

If you have a breakdown and call their roadside assistance you are likely not going to be towed to a CW repair facility (it's generally the closest repair shop willing to service your RV).

Check your extended service plan and see how that will affect repairs. Such as, do you need to get approval prior to work done from other than CW, do you have to pay and request reimbursement, do you have to tow at your cost to a CW, etc.
