Hi Ella,
To be fair, I had a good experience with Valencia dealer and the crew at their Body Works (?) unit.
The dealer that renege on price of the trailer was at Rocklin/Roseville dealer.
The uncaring Service Manager was at your San Bernardino branch.
I'm sorry but I think you don't get it. My point is if the customer is on the road and out of their home base, there should be some consideration that their case should understandably be given due accommodation as they don't have the luxury of long wait for an appointment.
