Trip planning
I lost the use of Microsoft Streets and routes when my old lap top finally died. Checked out what was available and wound up using the Good Sam trip planner.
Took me a while to figure it out but after three weeks on the road I have to say that it is a pretty useful item. I use the print out as a base don't have live internet, and not a tech guy.
A few problems but nothing big. Can't drag on the route with my IPad and getting the program to make route alterations without a location to list is beyond me at this point.
The main thing I appreciate is the availability of distances to the nest stop. Helps to segment the route into number of miles we like to travel in a day when planning..
