I can log onto the site, with my name popping up to welcome me. When I choose the Trip route icon, another log in comes up, even though I AM LOGGED IN. If I retype the log-in info and enter it, it does the same thing...weird for sure. My account expiration date is also wrong which I have also contacted them about. Funny...Good Sams never has any trouble getting my money for the membership OR the roadside assistance!
