I've noticed from monitoring this site that sometimes the same member will have more than one account which will mess up renewal dates as well as result in multiple mailings from GS and CW. A phone call or message to Wes Robinson should correct this.
Regarding the trip planner; since many have no problems with this something unique to your computer, your account, or possibly your internet provider is blocking access. Hopefully someone from GS can help. If you wanted to trouble shoot a little yourself, go to the public library and try to log on from there and see if the planner works. Could help isolate the problem.
