Wow... If I called anyone to bail me out of a situation that I couldn't resolve on my own and then bitched about how long it took them to get there.... Well...
Okay, 30 minutes on the phone would have pissed me off... I'll give you that..
I've heard it usually takes HOURS for any road service to get to you for the most part..
That's why I don't pay for a national service... I'll just pay the local guy to come out to get me if that's what it takes.. And take my chances on the time frame..
Another reason I carry way more stuff than I need... Will it cover everything? No, and I know that..
I did fix my own grey water tank that dropped on me while in camp.. That was a good one I was kinda proud of solving! :)
