Unauthorized credit card charges

I called GS and they took it off and I told them to delete the credit card number. Are you so desperate for money? I just talked with Jeff #2016 at GS services and he said that he would reverse the charges and delete the credit card number, but he couldn't send me a confirming email. Do I have to go through this again with my wife's membership? How about somebody in management contacting me to discuss the ongoing problem! I usually pay by check, but sometimes call it in.
