Update to Previous Post

Good Sam has offerred to extend my membership in roadside assistance for a year in response to the difficulities encountered in my previous experience, located at

Thanks again for looking into this problem and correcting it, so that others will not have to deal with the same type of occurrences.

    Yup 2 times and good service .wait till they leave you hanging and you will also join the complaing croud.as I have said before. 25yrs service was good but something has changed the last few years they will leave you hanging and apologize and tell you it should of never happened but you are still LEFT hanging.

    As stated on here before, all you hear are the problems not the successful job.
    Have used GS twice with excellent results both times in out of the way places.

    I find it refreshing to see a positive result feedback posted here. So often we see the complaint, Good Sam reps take it to private communication, and we never hear the result.
