Why do people call a tow service when they feel their safety is in jeopardy? You should be calling 911 anytime you feel your safety is in jeopardy.
GS should have found a truck, but I am surprised they said they could not find one cheap enough, that needs to be fixed. As a customer we do not care how much, or what they pay, I just care that I get the service needed, which is why I pay.
