Problem easily solved. Switch to Coach-Net.
I had GSERS for a few years. Twice they let me down with tire problems. I did not renew after that.
I switched to Coach-Net soon after, and glad I did. Here is my experience with them.
Had a major air leak on our motorhome a few months ago and had to pull off to the side of the road. Called Coach-Net...they sent out a tow truck to tow me to the nearest repair facility, which was 40 miles away.
They advised me that this facility wouldn't be able to look at the MH for 2 to 3 weeks. I told them that wasn't going to work for me because I was heading south for the winter in 5 days. They called another repair facility that was 160 miles away that could look at the MH the next day, so that was where they towed it.
They towed the MH an extra 120 miles further than the nearest repair facility to accommodate my schedule...all with no charge to me.
I doubt "cheap" GS would have done that.
