Ive had to use GS Roadside 3 times in the last two years. Ive PMd them and a resolution is pending. The Good Sam side is fine... its the towing companies that are really bad service. Waiting 3 hours for a no-show only to have to abandon the vehicle has happened twice. Ive heard the "we are en-route" line 25 times in 24 hours only to find out the next excuse why my vehicle has not moved. And because they couldn't pick up my vehicle yesterday when I called, the shops are all closed now, messing up my work for Monday. I really just want Good Sam to get new providers in Corpus Christi. That would fix my whole issue.
