In order to present and demonstrate that Good Sam is a business whose primary goal is to provide and meet the GS Road Assistance needs of all RVers, I suggest that GS post the resolutions to the RV.net forum. The resolution should give a complete description of how the issue was resolved. The above post by GS Customer Care is an appreciated PR response but is incomplete. Just reading the above GS post leaves all RVers negatively questioning the quality of the GSRA services.
