That all sounds very nice Robyn but the agent I talked to told me specifically that agents are not aware of the requirements of each state but I should definitely (and she emphasized the definitely) check with my state MV folks. I still contend that this advertisement is very misleading in that it does not specifically state in equally large print that this option is not available in all states. It would be very easy for someone to buy it without checking with their state MV people and later finding out they were in violation of state law. Things like this are making me check out other insurance companies at renewal time.
