WE NEED HELP!!!!

Question

We have Roadside assistance and we are broke down on I-24, southbound between Manchester and Mounteagle. We called for help and RoadsideAssistance told us we have to wait THIRTEEN HOURS!!!! We need to get towed and get this RV fixed. We have little food with us and 5 cats.  THIRTEEN HOURS!!!!   HELP someone please.  This is not what we paid for.

She tells us this in the morning, at 9 AM. Why didn't she tell us that the evening before?  She did what we could have done for ourselves the night before - call a Mobile Mechanic who has us on our way in a few hours.  We sat there 17 hours before we were able to get on the road again.
