Website

Scott...I don't understand what the problem is getting a website for your esp...GS has one for everything else...It would make thinks a lot easier to pay premiums,get info, etc...Everytime I call, I'm told they are working on it...This has gone on for about a year...

  • Poor excuse in this tech age especially for a large company that has websites for all your other services...It doesn't have to be high priority...My 12 yr old grandson can get a website up and running in no time...I am not a fan of autopay on anything..I pay 99 percent of my bills online as do many others here...
  • Yea, I hear you. I don't have a good answer either. There are lots of IT projects in the works on a company wide level and the ESP website has not been the highest priority.

    In the mean time, we still offer lots of payment alternatives- you can mail in a check the old fashion way or we can set up up on an auto-bill so you can automatically pay by credit card or direct debit and not have to worry about it.
