What do they cover?

I have had the extended service on my MH for three years. I had three clams and every time I have been told certain things are not covered. This last clam was the straw that broke the camels back. I had a leak in a high pressure hose for the front passenger auto leveler. It was rubbing against the battery that caused it to ware a small hole. I called GS and they put me in touch with a mobile repair. I was told that GS does not cover travel charges ($120) was ok with me. My deductible is $250 total bill was $465. GS did not cover hose because it was not a manufacturer defect . So they paid nothing. I pay over $1050 a year for coverage and the difference between my deductible and the travel charges I was aware I would be charged total $375 . So for $95 they would not cover I have decided this is the last year I will purchase there plan. Thanks for letting me vent.

  • I've very pleased with the monies I have put in my emergency fund vs being spent on any service contract. They are not warranties..they are service contracts written by them to protect them.
