Maybe it's the state of Texas. For 2 vehicles per year we are paying a bit over 1300.00-both about 10 years old and we do have good credit scores and no claims against the ins. Also, our home is with the same ins. co., and I am a senior. We do not have the 5'ver with the same ins. co. What is your deductible--if it is low your premium will be high. Lars
