What part of I DON'T WANT JUNK MAIL do you NOT Understand?

In the past year, I attempted several times to change my membership address, both by phone and on their web site. But I still have to give my old address when I use my card because they never changed it. There seems to be a disconnect between communication by members and the office staff.
