It could just end up in the spam file in eror. We were on the road traveling when subscribed to GS ERS. I asked them what happens if I need road service today? Although it takes them time to get the ERS cards out if you call for service they will have a record and it won't be a problem. I only had to use road service once about 10 years ago and never had to show my card. I only signed form and I.D myself. GS is just very slow with any paper work including e-mails. Give them a phone call. That seems to always work out better for me.
I just tell my wife I'm not getting replies by e-mail. DW can be a real pest when she starts calling on phone. It usually gets faster results. Remember, it's the squeaky wheel that gets the oil. JMHO
