Where is everyone?

Doesn't anyone from Good Sam read this Forum? Why are we waiting 13 hours for a tow so close to cities and towns? Doesn't anyone here CARE? Are saving a few bucks on night rates more important than the people who pay you for coverage? What are we paying you for?
