Adam, does the Good Sam Club website (my account) section reflect your status as elite? We are life members, but bought our motorhome almost two weeks ago and it still reflects life member. Just wondering if the status changes on the account portion of the main website.
apr67, when we upgraded to life member last year, it took a good while to get the cards. When I mentioned it here on the forum, it helped. I eventually ended up with several cards. Lol
From what I understand, they send the info in batches to the printer. The batch my life member upgrade status was in had an error transmission and had to be resent. It sounded like they were only doing it once a week or something. You should have the temporary paper card in the meantime. Laminate the sucker. Lol
