CW seems to be growing and expanding, and most likely posting larger profits.
It still comes down to each local CW management, not Marcus.
Marcus definitely has moved into, the TV world, he may be keeping a pulse and leading CW.
Still one of few companies, supportting an open forum for customer communication.

Marcus professes that a successful business needs a successful process and still CW service does not have a company process, each manager is left to discover his own way of doing things with the customer serving as the looser when his process fails...lets whip CW into being all it can and should be.
