Why is Marcus trying to fix every other business

an letting Camping World flounder? He seems to understand business and what it takes to satisfy the customer on the Profit so why does he not apply these principals to CW. I guess CW just is not that ...

I won't shop at CW unless it's the only place where I can get a particular item. I know ahead of time I'm going to be slapped with some ridiculous shipping fee and I resent that!
