The red part was answered. Now you are adding no spare available.
I believe the answer said they would bring a spare(at your cost) and mount it(for additional fee) and the trip fee only is included as part of the prepaid service. And some posts report the tire may cost 3x what you could buy it yourself. Clear to me. Best to just call the number when in need, pay what they ask and get on down the road.
