Worst customer service!

I have used C2C for years and even sold memberships. It's hard to find a park that actually accepts the membership anymore. I needed to make a reservation and the resort was booked. I called and because of some circumstances, they were able to get me in and told me to call C2C and have them call the resort. I got an extremely rude man who said he wasn't going to call. He'd called for someone else at some point and was told no availability so he was obviously pissed at the resort.
C2C has so few resorts that aren't just a small discounts, they should take care of their remaining resorts and members.
Escapees, Passport America all have better deals and better customer service. Won't renew.

  • Sounds like you are dealing with a dying business where everyone is passing the buck. Nobody wants to be the one who has to deliver bad news, so you just get passed on to another person and you are no longer the first person’s problem.

    And that is when YOU should have been proactive by asking for the Supervisor
    Bad customer service reps need to be called out
    YOU were in a position to make right
