Would appreciate some help
Marcus, we purchased a FW from CW & GSRA. In July we sold the FW to purchase a larger RV. We contacted GSRA to cancel our policy and were told to contact the CW where we purchased RV and warranty. In July we contacted CW in Anderson, CA and faxed our contract to appropriate CW staff. They acknowledged receipt.
At this point, three months later, we'd just appreciate someone taking the time to talk to us because no one at CW will,and all we want is a status on our refund. We think that sounds reasonable,don't you think?
