6 years ago I told dish network where to put their receivers and satellite dish after they wanted to hike their prices and wouldn't upgrade my old receiver, yet it was a free upgrade to new subscribers with a low 2 year contract. After I had been a loyal customer for 10 years.

The guy who built our house gets the DISH 2 year deal and at the end of the two years, he switches to the Directv 2 year deal...and back and forth every 2 years. (Me? I cut the cord and use an antenna; haven't missed the Sat. bill or the mostly unwatchable channels.)

I guess a guy could do the same with GSRSA and Coach Net, although you'd have to do it every year. Competition is a good thing for consumers, but I too miss the good ol' days of customer service.
