Great service by Good Sam Roadside Assistance (GSRA)!
Our 24 ft. motor home broke down miles north of Springfield, Il. in the middle of nowhere on I-55 N.,& a call was placed to GSRA that was answered by Shelby. She pinpointed our location within seconds. Within 30 minutes, instead of an hour, we were then towed by the owner of All Star Towing, Joe, to Crossroads Ford in Springfield about two hours before closing. The service manager, Dan, arranged for the vehicle to be ready to go in two days, instead being looked at the middle of next week. We did spend the night boondocking, our first time, at the back of the dealership next to a cornfield, as no rental cars were available that late. We had to be in Chicago the next day.
