Within 12 hours is going to limit you. Pickerel Park on Hay Bay of Lake Ontario. There are a few others there in that area. It's been awhile since I was in that area, so things may have changed. 12 hours are going to depend where you are in PA. Georgian Bay on Lake Huron may be within your range depending on where you are. You would also have some places on Lake Erie on the Canadian side, near Wheatley & Amhertsburg for the Western Basin of Erie. Another website, Walleye Central, may be a better resource for walleye fishing & campgrounds in their Canada section.
