Caravan From Brownsville, Texas to Merida, Mexico

We are thinking about moving to Merida from Texas and driving our Class A. I haven't driven into Mexico before and I'm a little nervous.

Are there any groups or caravans that travel together? Even if we don't have the same final destination it would be nice to travel in a group.

When I walked the Camino in Spain, it was nice to know the people you were walking with everyday. I think it would be nice to have the same while traveling in an RV
