The Mexicans that I know are hard working people. Mexicans who work in the winter tourist areas have about 4 to 5 months to earn enough to live on for the other 12. Your generalizition above is **** and make you look like an ass. Belittling, unworthy and untrue.
It is not generalization. It is the truth of life.
Doesn't sound like you worked with Mexicans too much?
The great story I heard in Mexico might be a joke, but how truthful.
Here it is
-------------
An American high class CEO finally could take a break from his job and went for vacations to Mexico.
He left his luxury hotel and start walking down the beach. After some distance he noticed a Mexican man laying down on the sand and watching the Ocean. There was a boat on the sand and on the other side the CEO noticed small house where via open windows he could see a woman preparing a meal.
"Any fish here?" - CEO started conversation pointing to the Ocean
"All you might want to catch Senor" answered Mexican
"Really, is the boat for hire?"
"Sure it is Senor"
They settle up the deal and went fishing.
Each time CEO drop a hook in the water, within seconds he is having nice fish on it. Did not take long and bottom of the boat was covered with fish.
On the way back to the beach, CEO ask the Mexican.
"Is it always like that here?"
"Si, Senor"
"So why don't you find more customers?"
"and than what?" was the answer
"Than you can buy more boats, hire more guys to work for you and start big business"
"and then what Senor?"
"than you can start advertising, hire a local Manager and go -open an office branch in New York"
"and then what?"
"Than you can buy more boats, treat yourself to nice NY condo, hire secretary, more managers and become CEO"
"and then what"
"Then, when everything will start working well, you can afford to take a vacation to Mexico and lay down on the sand"
"what? Senor ???"
