The OP wanted RV's to be aware of the criminal climate they may be traveling to. Just want people to know that if you are assaulted or robbed in Mexico you don't have a "Bill of Rights" to protect you like we have in America.
We have laws too that protect people. People are just ignorant about Mexico and its laws.
