One contributing factor could be the high cost of fuel and tolls. We drive down every year and every year we complain about the high cost of getting there compared to flying down and renting a nice condo on the beach for a lot less money. One day we will STOP driving and fly down, but we will probably always go to Mexico as long as our health holds out. RV travel in general is down across the USA. RV rallies are not attended in numbers as in past years, so it filters down to rv travelers to mexico. I for one think this is the beat place on earth to spend my winters.
