Have you noticed the common reports in this thread? Posters love Mexico but have found it is too expensive and rv travel entails too many hassles. I also notice many experienced México RV travelers having safety concerns. These comments are from posters who know the system and just a few years ago never considered safety a factor. Is this a trend? Today's reports of the protests in Acapulco and a Mayor having a few people killed in Oaxaca are chilling. This is not the Mexico we all know and love. The times they are a changing.
