No I suppose the roads aren't too rough when you're crusin' down them in your Caddy Escalade or even your Yugo, but in a one ton pickup towing a 5th wheel or a motor home with a toad it's a different story. The road between Guaymas and Hermosillo is rough! Highway 2 from Sonoyta to Caborca is smooth but towing a 5th wheel it's ^^^^. The old side if the toll highway between Pitiquito and Santa Ana isn't smooth either. There is a lot of construction on 15D south of Cd. Obregon, and there are long stretches of new concrete roads to lull you into speeding up, just in time to get back on an older stretch.
