They repair windows at their location or you can remove the window, send it to them and they will repair and ship back. You have to pay shipping. I would drive down there and have them repair it. We had all our Segi foggy windows repaired there. They have water electric hookups in their parking lot and you can stay there while they repair the windows. There are probably weep holes on the bottom track to allow water running down the window to drain out of the track. These weep holes often become clogged with dust, grit, leaves, bugs, etc. Try clearing those out with compressed air before taking more drastic measures.
