Asking price was $38k. The sellers were anxious to off-load it for lack of use. They bought it (sort of impulsively because they were so taken with the ingenuity and conveniences built into it) for $40K, took two short trips in it, and realized it just wasnt suited for the couple and their teenaged daughter.
I don't recall the NADA valuation.
I'm just curious... is it that cramped, or is it the fact that they had three people, and it really only has a bed for two...
