I'll answer that. At the top of the Eisenhower tunnel, there is a stop light that activates when a vehicle is too tall to safely pass through. Same thing could be used here. Or, if it really is a major traffic route as it appears, raise the bridge. If there are that many collisions at that location, there needs to be a re-evaluation of the intersection.

All of these accidents are surly causing the city $$ as well.
