Is it your opinion that folks too blind to see big flashing yellow lights adjacent to gigantic warning signs are going to notice a stop light?
And anyway, as I understand it there's a lot more to the Eisenhower's warning system, including a full-time live attendant at both ends.
I can sort of understand those rentals. rent a truck for the first time, don't think to ask exactly how tall it is, etc. but a professional driver would be different.
